Freshly Ground, Freshly Brewed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I know posting a recipe for coffee sounds bizarre, but it took me a while to get it right, so I thought I should preserve it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beans: <\/strong>Whole beans, light or medium roast. Get them as fresh as possible, roasted that day would be great. Don&#8217;t get dark roast. &#8220;dark roast&#8221; is coffee-speak for &#8220;burned.&#8221; Put them in a vacuum seal or zip-lock bag and store in the freezer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Water<\/strong>: Great water makes great coffee. Crappy water makes . . . well, you know . . . If your tap water tastes good, it&#8217;s fine for coffee. Otherwise use bottled or purified water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 grams of beans for each &#8220;cup&#8221; on the coffee maker.
