You&#8217;ll feel like you&#8217;re 10 years old and back at home with mom and dad and the rest of the family.<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 202px;\" border=\"0\" width=\"257\" cellspacing=\"2\" cellpadding=\"2\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"3\"><strong>Ingredients &#8211; noodles<\/strong>:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">1<\/td>\n<td>Lb<\/td>\n<td>Egg Noodles<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">2<\/td>\n<td>Cups<\/td>\n<td>Large Curd Cottage Cheese<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">2<\/td>\n<td>Cups<\/td>\n<td>Sour Cream<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">4<\/td>\n<td>Eggs<\/td>\n<td>Beaten<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">1\/2<\/td>\n<td>Cup<\/td>\n<td>White Sugar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table style=\"height: 202px;\" border=\"0\" width=\"257\" cellspacing=\"2\" cellpadding=\"2\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"3\"><strong>Ingredients &#8211; topping <\/strong>:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">1\/2<\/td>\n<td>Cup<\/td>\n<td>Brown Sugar<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">2<\/td>\n<td>Teaspoon<\/td>\n<td>Cinnamon<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">2<\/td>\n<td>Cup<\/td>\n<td>Corn Flakes<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"right\">1<\/td>\n<td>Stick<\/td>\n<td>Butter<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Directions for making and cooking the same day<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a 9&#8243;x14&#8243; glass baking dish (size isn&#8217;t critical) and grease the bottom and sizes with a little of the the butter. Preheat your oven to 350\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Put a large pot of water on the stove on high heat. While waiting for it to boil continue on with the recipe.<\/li>\n<li>In a 4 cup bowl, microwave the remaining butter until melted, them mix in the Cinnamon and Brown Sugar. Toss with the Corn Flakes until coated.<\/li>\n<li>When the water boils add the salt (usually a little less than a teaspoon per quart) and\u00a0 noodles and cook according to directions.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl that&#8217;s large enough to hold at least twice the volume of the noodles, beat the eggs, then mix in the Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese and White Sugar.<\/li>\n<li>When the noodles are done cooking, drain them in a colander (make sure you shake it and get out as much water as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Add the noodles to the big bowl containing the wet ingredients and gently mix until the noodles are completely and evenly coated<\/li>\n<li>Put the mixture into the greased glass baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the corn-flake mixture over the top of the noodles.<\/li>\n<li>Put in the oven and bake for 50 &#8211; 60 minutes or until the outside is very lightly browned and the inside is hot and bubbly.<\/li>\n<li>Serve while still hot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions for making one day and cooking the next day<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take a 9&#8243;x14&#8243; glass baking dish (size isn&#8217;t critical) and grease the bottom and sizes with a little of the the butter.<\/li>\n<li>Put a large pot of water on the stove on high heat.
