Soak according to package directions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>When beans are ready . . .\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add a little olive oil to a sauce pot and heat on medium until<br \/>\nhot.<\/li>\n<li>Add sausage and cook until lightly browned.<\/li>\n<li>Add onion, and saute until soft. The sausage will get a little darker.<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped garlic and saute until softened (not browned)<\/li>\n<li>Add everything else except the parmigian cheese, bring <em>almost<\/em> to a boil and simmer until the beans and squash are soft.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with the grated parmigian over the top.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2 Weightwatchers SmartPoints per serving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was originally from Weight Watchers, but the directions were bad.
